Having launched his career in advisory work at DLA Piper Dinu SCA, Tudor sought a new direction and joined the litigation team at Albota Law Firm, where he is currently developing his practice, focusing on real estate litigation and arbitration matters. In September 2025, he passed the National Bar Exam and is presently enrolled in the training courses of the National Institute for the Training and Professional Development of Lawyers (I.N.P.P.A.).
Selected highlights of Tudor’s work:
Advising a major Hungarian hunting association on matters arising under Romanian forestry legislation;
Involved in the structuring and negotiation of acquisition agreements relating to residential, commercial, and industrial developments;
Contributing to major transactions involving the acquisition and permitting processes for renewable energy projects;
Competing, together with his “Babeș-Bolyai” University team, in the 33rd edition of the Willem C. Vis Moot International Arbitration Competition, Vienna (2026);
