Miruna joined Albota Law Firm in September 2023. Miruna focuses her practice on real estate law, counseling various Romanian and foreign investors in complex real estate and commercial transactions, assisting in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of agreements related to land acquisition, authorization, construction, compliance with building laws and regulations, sales, and lease.
Selected highlights of Miruna’s work:
Advising on acquisitions, structured, and negotiated terms for various mergers and acquisition transactions involving the acquisition, development, and sales of residential, commercial and industrial projects;
Advising an Israeli real estate group in the acquisition of a real estate property, for the purpose of developing a residential complex;
Advising a major Israeli real estate developer in relation with the development and sale of apartments within a residential complex;
Advising a major Romanian real estate developer in relation with the development and sale of apartments within a residential complex;
Advising major Romanians investors in the acquisition process and permitting process for renewable energy projects.
