Mirabela joined Albota Law Firm in 2026. Her background includes complex real estate projects with a strong corporate and M&A component, as well as commercial projects of a significant variety. She has assisted clients in all stages of development of their real estate projects (whether office, logistic or retail projects). Her experience covers land acquisition, urbanism and construction (including FIDIC contracts), leasing and operational aspects, divestment transactions, as well as various other types of commercial contracts.

Assisting a global financial group of Australian origin in relation to the sale of an office building complex located in the Northern part of Bucharest by way of a share deal valued at over EUR 100M. The transaction is among the largest to have closed in Romania in 2020, post the Covid – 19 outbreak.
Assisting a joint venture led by a Greek bank, in relation to the leasing and sale of an office building located in the central business area of Bucharest; this share deal was valued at over 60 million EUR.
Assisting a leading international project development and construction company in relation to the sale of an office building located in the Western part of Bucharest by way of a share deal valued at over EUR 50M.
Assisting a leading logistic park developer based in the United States in relation to the leasing and operation of an industrial park located near Bucharest on the A1 highway and the sale of the respective development by means of a share deal.
Assisting an Austria based real estate developer in relation to the sale of a logistic park in the vicinity of Bucharest under a business transfer agreement valued at over EUR 17M;
Assisting a leading Portuguese contractor in relation to various construction matters related to one of the largest retail centers in Bucharest, including in the negotiation of the general contractor agreement and several subcontractor agreements.
Assisting an international retailer active on the Romanian market with the negotiation of the main terms and conditions for a franchise agreement with a nordic retailer active in the fashion and homeware industry.
