Andreea joined Albota Law Firm in September 2014; prior to this, Andreea provided legal advice for 4 years to a multinational corporate services provider, with a focus on corporate and commercial aspects. Andreea advises clients on matters like: M&A, real estate and construction, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Selected highlights of Andreea’s work:
Assisting an international group specialized in providing real estate operational/management services with the legal due diligence and the acquisition by means of a share deal of an industrial office park;
Advising a major Belgium based real estate developer on the development, leasing, financing and sale of an office campus;
Advising a major real estate developer in relation with the development and sale of apartments within a residential complex;
Assisting a global real estate investment management firm in relation with the sale of a portfolio comprising nine single floor retail stores, by means of a business transfer agreement;
Advising an Israeli real estate group in the acquisition of a real estate property comprising several plots of land, for the purpose of developing a residential complex;
Advising a major Romanian real estate developer with the development of an office project. Assistance included the review and negotiation of construction agreements, project management agreements, several design and services agreements.
